Membership packages

Goring Beach Huts Ltd is dedicated to providing you with an efficient, friendly and reliable service all year round. 

You do not need to be a member to access our services, however, membership comes with a wide range of valuable extra benefits. Read on to choose the package that best meets your needs. 

Maintenance package

This package is best suited to hut owners who live locally, are happy to be more ‘hands on’, and have the time and means to get a hut key to us for maintenance work.

Here’s what’s included:

• Cheaper insurance – get a special rate when you renew with ‘Love Your Hut’ Insurance.
• Hut badge alert – if anyone reports damage or security problems with your hut, or we notice any on our patrols, we will alert you.
• Priority maintenance – get priority over non-members
• 5% discount– save money throughout the year with a 5% discount on all maintenance jobs
• Promotions – regular promotions throughout the year with up to 25% off for members
• Peace of mind – our main aim is to build a community of hut owners, by providing a friendly, honest and professional service all year round

Key Holding package

This package is best suited to busy or vulnerable locals, or people who live further away. You can rest assured that your key is in safe hands. (If we currently hold your hut key and you don’t wish to join our ‘key holding service’ you can collect it from us or we can leave it in your hut)

Key Holding includes all Maintenance benefits plus:

• Key holding service – we will get your key to any contractor working on your hut and back again to be stored safely.
• Forgotten key – if you forget your key when you visit your hut we will arrange to get the spare key to you ASAP.
• Lost key – we can cut you a new key if you lose yours ( free up to £10)
• Hut access – if your lock has rusted we’ll get you into your hut for £20 (non-member price £50)

Security Plus package

This package is suited to busy or vulnerable locals, or people who live further away who want a higher level of service. You enjoy total peace of mind knowing your hut is checked regularly, and we’ll attend promptly if any damage is reported.

Security Plus includes all Maintenance and Key Holding benefits plus:

• 10% discount– save money throughout the year with a 10% discount on ALL maintenance jobs
• Freebies – if we see any minor issues – if we can sort it there and then we will, for free (eg: applying hammerite to rusty nails, clearing stones that have built up, replacing old hut numbers)
• Security checks – we conduct regular security and maintenance checks of your hut, and alert you the same day with any issues. After a storm, we will carry out a check as soon as it is safe to do so
• Winter report – in January you will receive a full maintenance report.
• Emergency call outs – within 12 hours of any reported damage, we will attend and secure your hut at a discounted rate and follow up with a quote for repairs ( if required)
• Security bars and padlocks – 10% discount on all new security bars and padlocks
• Free hut access – if your lock has rusted we’ll get you into your hut free of charge.
